So many great bands out there just waiting to be discovered, it really does feel like a musical revolution is on the horizon, so have a listen to these tracks and then go find out more.

Catfish & The Bottlemen – Homesick
New single form The Bottlemen who are making big waves at the moment getting some major radio play. Looks like 2013 is going to be a breakthrough year for these guys, catch them around the country over the next month and you can buy this track from June 17th.

Total Victory – Fiat Lux
A brilliant band from Bolton who you need to hear, caught them at Dogstock over the bank holiday where they stole the show. A modern twist on post-punk with a front-man you can’t take your eyes off.

Loom – I Get A Taste
A recent discovery thanks to the Northern Noise lads, a sleazy garage rock sounds that borders on grunge, cracking track full of energy. Check them out on their Acid Cities tour, calling in at Trof, Fallowfield Manchester June 20th.

Kismet Ryding – Hangin’
A four-piece out of Cleethorpes who were recently recommend to me after putting on a great live performance. This is an old track but there is some new material set for release very soon, look out for a review coming soon on ALBL

ArtClassSink – Face The Day
Oxford outfit ArtClassSink release this live favourite as a free download with the promise of an EP in the pipeline these guys are worth keeping an eye on if you like your indie full of melody, harmony and energy.

Two Weeks Running
Another Dogstock band that caught my ear, great melodic indie music with a driving rhythm and catchy vocals.

Arizona Rifles – Still Come Back To You
Formed out of two previous bands Little Vegas Lies and ALBL favourites Formes this is the debut track for this new Leeds four-piece, a great raw, gritty garage rock stomper.

To The Bones – Emperor’s Ride
This is pretty heavy for ALBL caught these guys at the brilliant Bolton festival Dogstock and really enjoyed their set. A Bolton band who’ve caught the attention of Zane Lowe, Metal Hammer, Kerrang and XFM over the last couple of years, not for the faint-hearted!
